Indies to play this weekend

DriveBeats

DriveBeats is exactly what the title says, it's a driving game with some pretty nice tracks and some pretty nice environments. The most ambitious game on the list has four different game modes. Free roam, TimeAttack, Circuit Racing and Multi-player. Take part in TimeAttack or Circuit races to earn cash and buy higher-end cars to race in. Or just drive around in Free roam enjoying the music and the nice landscapes.

Drip Drip Drip

This one is maybe the shortest one on the list, but with the most impact. It will last on your mind long after you stop playing it. It takes place in what seems like a future dystopia. You are a nameless character that needs to keep climbing ever higher in order not to drown by the ever rising water. During your climb, you will pass messages that somewhat tell about the doom and gloom state in which the world you inhabit has found itself in. Not a game to play if you want to cheer yourself up, but one that will surely get you thinking.

Frozen Blood

You are dropped in a cemetery that is full of what I would guess are zombies. Here you have to get through the zombie horde and defeat the evil that is raising them from their graves. This one can be longer or shorter depending on your playstyle. In my case, I played it as a survival horror game because I believed I needed to save ammo. So I just ran straight away to the boss and finished it. I do need to clarify tho, this is not a survival horror shooter, just a shooter, so there is no need to conserve ammo.
